Shoes:

If you are planning on bringing heels to the workout, please make sure they do not have a pointy heel, such as a stiletto heel and that they have an ankle strap. Only thick-based heels for class will be allowed. Shoes can be purchased at the class location or on the Pole Pressure online store.

The high heeled shoes can only be worn in the class and cannot be worn outside of the class, while you are at the facility. This is for your own safety and to prevent injury.

For any Pole Pressure class, you have the option to wear shoes.

What to Wear:

Feel free to wear anything that is comfortable and/or something you can sweat in. For girls that are interested in attending the intermediate or advanced pole classes, it is recommended you wear shorts so that the legs are more exposed, but no one will make you wear anything you don’t want to wear. Pole Pressure Apparel can be purchased at the class or on the Pole Pressure online store.

Class Packages:

Buying the classes in bulk is the cheaper way to attend class and gives you the right to reserve your spot in class to guarantee your pole. There is a limited amount of poles per class and Pole Pressure wants to make sure you get every opportunity to attend. These packages are good for any Pole Pressure class at any level at any time. You will not be allowed in class if you arrive more than 15 minutes from the start time because you would have missed the warm-up and stretch of the class, and would be more susceptible to injury.

Drop in Classes:

Feel free to drop in to any Pole Pressure class by viewing the schedule. There is a limited number of poles and Pole Pressure cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend the class if it is full. There is one pole for each individual person that signs up for class and poles will not be shared amongst one another. You will not be allowed in class if you arrive more than 15 minutes from the start time because you would have missed the warm-up and stretch of the class, and would be more susceptible to injury.

Pole Pressure does not allow any observers to any class, man or woman.

Introductory Class:

This class is completely free of charge to all women! This class will break you out of your shell and into the world of Exotic Dance and Pole Dance for Fitness. You will learn the basics of Pole Pressure and get a great Exotic Dance and Pole Dance work out. This class is the perfect opportunity to try it and TRY IT FREE!! You’ll learn a very broad sense of all of the Exotic Dancing moves and even learn some tricks to go home with. You will also get a demonstration of what the different levels of Pole class are.

This class is a free 45-minute workout and will give you a dose of what the Exotic Dance and Pole Fitness workout is all about! You can take an Introductory Class one time and will only be permitted to attend another free Introductory Class if you bring a diva with you that has never attended before. You will not be allowed in class if you arrive more than 15 minutes from the start time because you would have missed the warm-up and stretch of the class, and would be more susceptible to injury.
