Pole Tricks begins with short, active warm up and is focused on Puma’s most known tricks, transitions and combos. It’s a perfect workshop for intermediate and advanced students who wish to increase their Pole vocabulary and level of technique. Tricks for the beginners can be added upon request. This 90 minute workshop may have 2 people to a Pole.

The BendAbility workshop begins with an acrobatic warm up, focuses mostly on back, sides and shoulders flexibility. The workshop will focus on fundamentals of hand balance and original acrobatics elements that can be used as floor transitions in both show and sports programs.
