Dancing is my passion! I have a diverse background in classic choreography, ballroom dancing, performing and teaching Latin dances and trying different dancing styles and various types of fitness. In 2009, I discovered pole fitness and have been addicted ever since. I enjoy teaching all levels of pole and aerial hoop. I enjoy being a part of the Pole Pressure community, seeing the excitement when my students learn new tricks and routines or get into their first splits. I truly believe that Pole and Aerial exercises bring people of all shapes, cultures, and backgrounds together to enjoy the art of fitness and improve their lives.
