✅ You have prior relevant pole experience from another studio or are self-taught—this cannot be your first pole class.
✅ You have reviewed our Beginner class "Who Should Sign Up" section, as this class builds upon those skills.
✅ You understand how to move and groove around the base of the pole using basic beginner movements.
✅ You are comfortable lifting both feet off the ground when both hands are on the pole.
✅ You can hold your body weight to the side of the pole for a few seconds without sliding down.
-
- Increasing confidence and strength in holding body weight up on the pole.
- Enhancing flow and movement around the base of the pole and floor.
- Developing consistency with climbing and inverting from the ground ONLY (no aerial inverting, ayeshas, and/or handsprings) ensuring at least three (3) points of contact in all inverted movements, including transitions.
- Developing refined spin passes on both spin and static pole.
While not every skill will be covered in each class, every session is designed to challenge students, build strength, and refine technique—helping to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate levels while increasing consistency and confidence in movement.
