Each class includes conditioning, movement instruction, a combo/routine, and a cool down to wrap it up right.

    NO EXPERIENCE OR UPPER BODY STRENGTH NEEDED—JUST EXCITED TO START YOUR POLE JOURNEY OR REVISIT THE BASICS?

    Movement restrictions: No inverts, climbing more than one body length, or spin pole.

  • Select Your Pole Level

    KNOW THE BASICS, CAN LIFT BOTH FEET WHILE HOLDING THE POLE, AND STAY UP WITHOUT SLIDING?

    Movement restrictions: No aerial inverts or inverted moves with only two points of contact. Spin pole will be introduced.

  • Select Your Pole Level

    COMFORTABLE INVERTING, CLIMBING, AND FLOWING AROUND THE BASE AND FLOOR?

    Movement restrictions: No inverted moves with only two points of contact. Aerial inverts will be introduced.

  • Select Your Pole Level

    PROFICIENT IN REPEATED INVERTS, CLIMBS, AND STRONG FLOW AROUND THE BASE AND FLOOR?

    Movement restrictions: None. Start working on inverted movements using two points of contact.

    PROFICIENT IN AERIAL AND GROUNDED INVERTS, CLIMBING REPEATEDLY, AND FLUID FLOOR MOVEMENT?

    No movement restrictions.

AERIAL HOOP

Are you ready to elevate your workouts to a new level!? Our aerial hoop classes are fun and challenging that will take you to new heights. Each class includes conditioning, movement instruction, a combo/routine, and a cool down to wrap it up right.

    NO EXPERIENCE OR UPPER BODY STRENGTH NEEDED—JUST EXCITED TO START YOUR HOOP JOURNEY OR REVISIT THE BASICS?

    Movement restrictions: No knee/hand releases, top of hoop movements-except hand and foot taps, roll, and orbits.

  • Select Your Hoop Level

    KNOW THE BASICS, CAN MOUNT WITH STABILITY, AND HOLD TO THE SIDE OF THE HOOP WITHOUT SLIDING?

    Movement restrictions: No inverting on spanset. Knee/hand releases, roll, orbits and top of the hoop movements are introduced.

    COMFORTABLE MOVING AND GROOVING AROUND THE HOOP, AND MOUNTING WITH STABILITY FROM MULTIPLE ENTRY POINTS?

    No movement restrictions.

GROUNDED MOVEMENT

Your main apparatus is the floor. These classes are the perfect complement to your pole and aerial hoop training—designed to help you build strength, fluidity, and control.
