Pole Dancing is the heart and foundation of Pole Pressure. We offer a wide variety of pole classes designed for the pole newbie to the advanced trixter. Whether you're looking for a exotic, flow, conditioning, and/or a sexy flexy pole class, we’ve got you covered!
This class will help you get comfortable, moving and grooving around the pole. You will learn the basics of pole dancing, through beginner spins, strengthening/conditioning exercises, and floorwork movement that will help you develop a strong pole foundation.
A little hesitant to jump into Pole 2? This class will start with beginner grounded pole dancing movements found in Pole 1 and then lift you off the ground in basic 2 handed pole spins.
This class is going to lift you off the ground in basic spins and pole movements; the main focus of the class is the mechanics of spinning and lifting. This class will provide you with strength training and more challenging dance movements. You will not do anything upside down or one-handed spins. Clients find themselves constantly coming back to Pole 2 because there is an unlimited amount of spins and tricks to learn.
This class will focus on bi/tri polar spins, complex one-handed spins, climbing variations, and inversions. This class is perfect for clients who feel comfortable going upside down and climbing.
Express yourself through movement and choreography while dancing to the music. This class will develop the act of musicality while using the pole. This class is for clients who are at least at a Pole 2 + 3 or above level.
This class is on spin pole from start to finish. We will develop the basic moves we love so much on static on spin pole for some fantastic combinations. This class is for clients who are at least at a Pole 2 + 3 or above level.
Pole 3 + Trix
A little hesitant to jump into Pole Trix? This class will start with complex spins, climb variations, and basic inversions found in Pole 3, then progress to more involved and elaborate inverted combos. This class is perfect for clients who feel comfortable with aerial inversions. (90-minute class might have 2 people per pole.)
In this class, you will learn how to incorporate complex spins, advanced inversions, and intricate floorwork into beautiful elaborate cutting-edge combos. The goal of Pole Trix is to help you piece the movements together and practice individualistic choreography. (90-minute class might have 2 people per pole.)
This invitation-only class will cover those inspiring, how did they get into it, mind-blowing pole combos seen all over social media! The goal is to allow clients to develop their own creative and challenging pole movements. Clients attending this class must seek instructor approval prior to registering. (90-minute class might have 2 people per pole.)
Firm & Flexy
Get yourself in tip-top pole shape with this 1-hour class divided into 30-minute Firm (pole conditioning) and 30-minute Flexy (deep stretch and flexibility). During Firm, we will utilize the pole to condition our bodies and work on exercises that will prepare you for advanced pole moves while toning and tightening your core. During Flexy we will focus on proper form while stretching; we will utilize poles, walls, and partners to get an intense and deep stretch. It is recommended that you have previous pole experience or attended at least 3 pole classes prior to taking this class.
Int/Adv Pole Foundations
This class will focus on strengthening foundational pole moves and transitions that are essential for all intermediate/advanced clients. We will be drilling inversions and climbs from different grips and mounts ON BOTH SIDES as well as on both static and spin pole. These moves are the basis for most, if not all, advanced pole trixs. (90-minute class might have 2 people per pole.)

Beginner Aerial Hoop / Open Hoop For All
Ready to start aerial hoop classes? Start HERE! This prep class will help you get comfortable and ready. The small class size will provide lots of one-on-one attention and strengthening/conditioning exercises to help you prepare for higher level aerial hoop classes.
On the other side of the room, will be open hoop practice for all. The instructor will not be assisting during practice time and will only be helping beginner clients. You are welcome to train on your own. Please wear leggings and long sleeve shirts; shorts are NOT recommended for this class.
Aerial Hoop 1
This class will help you get comfortable, moving and grooving with the Lyra. Movements in this class will focus on the bottom and inside portions of the Lyra.
Aerial Hoop 1+2
A little hesitant to jump into Aerial Hoop 2? This class will start with Aerial Hoop 1 movements that are focused on the bottom and inside portions of the Lyra then progress to the top of the Lyra.
Aerial Hoop 2
This invitation-only class will cover those inspiring, how did they get into it, mind-blowing hoop combos seen all over social media! This class will focus on movements on the top of the Lyra and will develop more intense inverted trixs. The goal is to allow clients to develop their own creative and advanced aerial movement. Clients attending this class must seek instructor approval prior to registering.
Aerial Yoga is an all levels class that focuses on athletic conditioning, deep stretch, and aerial hammocks tricks. We will translate aerial yoga poses, Pilates techniques, and aerial arts trixs onto the aerial hammock. Through our specially designed aerial fitness program you can achieve 360° motion, improved body awareness, greater joint mobility, spinal decompression, and the opportunity to find creativity in movement as you sculpt your body in the air. Leggings are recommended for this class. Please wear leggings and long sleeve shirts; shorts are NOT recommended for this class.
Train on multiple apparatuses (Aerial Hammock, Hoop, and Silks) in this all levels aerial conditioning class. This class will focus on endurance and strength-building that targets core, arm, and leg strength, while developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance to get you in tip-top shape to master ANY aerial apparatus. Please wear leggings and long sleeve shirts; shorts are NOT recommended for this class.
Our flexibility program allows you to increase your overall fitness level and is an excellent compliment to any class we offer. Our classes cater to clients at all levels of flexibility.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility
This class will focus on foundational stretching and the most extreme stretching. This is appropriate for all levels and anyone wanting to take their flexibility further.
Bands & Blocks
This is a deep tissue stretch and conditioning class for all levels. You will be holding poses, extensions, and stretches for an extended period allowing gravity and resistance stretching to set in. The focus will be to stretch the entire body and strengthen the body to hold challenging positions. Please bring water to this class.
Grounded movement classes focus on improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and dance proficiency. The floor is your playground in these classes; no aerial apparatus is used.
This class is a combination of acrobatics, yoga, and thai massage therapeutics. We will cover acro yoga conditioning drills to develop the skills needed for counterbalancing, partner-assisted ways to practice the essential components of handstand, and effectively learn how to enter, exit, and transition through the fundamental poses in L-basing with fluidity to help you become an excellent spotter.
This class will incorporate the chair and the floor in an exotic dance workout. You will learn today's hottest dance moves and incorporate that slow yoga movement in a safe, sexy environment. Chair Play is a whole-body workout and you will sweat! All fitness levels welcome. No prior experience needed. This workout will not use any pole/aerial apparatuses.
This is an all levels handstand and hand balance class designed to teach proper technique, strengthen the core and develop the perfect balancing act.
Hesitant to move and groove in heels? Learn the right way to strut your stuff in this intense showstopper heels class. This class that will teach you how to be powerful, confident, and most importantly comfortable in your "Hot Heels". All fitness levels welcome. No prior experience needed. Heels are recommended, but not required for this class. This workout will not use any pole/aerial apparatuses.
Pole Body Extreme
Burn a little rubber; and a lot of fat! In this 1-hour class resistance bands workout. We will use resistance bands and body weight movements to develop and tone the entire body. This comprehensive, full-body workout challenges virtually every major muscle group in your body, giving you a lean and toned body. All fitness levels welcome. No prior experience needed. This workout will not use any pole/aerial apparatuses.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I wear to class?
Whatever you feel comfortable in, however shorts are encouraged for pole classes. You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands and legs the day of your pole class. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface, and you will be sliding off the pole. Normally we dance barefoot, but feel free to wear heels (must have an ankle strap). Leggings are encouraged for all other classes (aerial arts, flexibility, and grounded movement). Please remove all jewelry when attending any class. Wearing jewelry during class WILL damage our equipment.
What to bring?
A positive attitude and a mindset that you'll leave the studio feeling stronger, healthier, and amazing. We have yoga mats, blocks, and straps available for use during class, but feel free to bring your own. Water, Gatorade, and Protien Bars are on sale at the studio.
I have no pole dancing experience which classes should I start with?
Every day we have at least 2 classes on the schedule that are excellent for beginners. Look for pole and aerial arts classes labeled beginner, level 1, 1 + 2 and any flexibility and grounded movement classes.
Help!? I have no upper body strength!
No problem. Our classes teach an equal balance of conditioning drills and technique that will allow you to build that amazing upper body strength in no time.
I just started class and I'm slipping a lot - what can I do to help?
Keep coming to class! Your grip strength will improve with continued practice. However if you feel like you need some assistance we have several types of grip aids on sale in the studio
Is there a weight limit?
We only use high quality studio grade aerial equipment (pole, hoop, silks) that are designed for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels
What are the class sizes?
Class sizes vary depending on the specific class. Our studio has 12 poles and each client has their own pole. Our 90-minute classes might have 2 clients per pole.
I'm not new to pole but new to Pole Pressure where should I start?
We always recommend starting with our beginner classes, since no studio teaches anything the same. If you feel like you need more of a challenge check out our class descriptions to find a class that best aligns with you goal. Still need help selecting the right classes contact the studio for help.
Should I sign in advance for classes?
Yes! Our classes fill up very quickly, we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible to reserve your spot in class. If no spot is available sign up on the waitlist and you'll be notified via your contact information on file if space opens up in the class. Once your added into the class via the waitlist your held to the same class cancellations policy.
Can you teach me how to be sexy?
Sexiness is a by product of confidence. We will teach you movements that will build your confidence which will allow your inner sexiness to shine through.
