EARLY CANCEL: You can early cancel your attendance out of any in-studio class (instruction based and/or open practice) 18 hours prior to the start time and receive an automatic refund of the class credit back to your Pole Pressure account for later use. Please be mindful of the class credit expiration date. Pass extensions will not be honored for any reason.

LATE CANCEL: If you cancel your attendance within 18 hours of any in-studio class (instruction based and/or open practice) or attempt to enter after the start time you will forfeit the class credit and marked as a late cancel. As a result of late cancellation, the class credit WILL NOT be refunded, returned, credited, and/or saved for later use.

We want to make sure you know exactly what happens next and how the waitlist works in case a spot opens up.

You’re Not Charged Yet

When you join the waitlist, the system confirms you have a valid class credit or a payment method on file, but you won’t be charged unless you’re moved into the class.

Each in-studio class has a waitlist capacity of 4 spots, so space is limited.

Can’t Make It? Remove Yourself!

If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

Being on the waitlist is treated like being signed up for class and follows our cancellation policy.

No Pass Needed to Join

You don’t need a class pass to join the waitlist. However, if you’re added to the class and don’t have a valid pass, your card on file will be charged the highest single class rate

If a Spot Opens (More Than 4 Hours Before Class)

You’ll be automatically added to the class, charged, and notified via email only. There’s no option to decline, and no refunds will be provided.

If a Spot Opens (Within 4 Hours of Class)

You’ll receive a text message (or email if no number is on file): “A spot opened up in class. Reply ‘1’ to join (you’ll receive confirmation), ‘9’ to cancel your spot.” The first person to reply “1” will be booked into the class.
