  • ✅ You’re brand new to aerial hoop—no prior experience or upper body strength needed.

    ✅ You have zero experience but are excited to learn.

    ✅ You have previous aerial hoop experience from another studio or are self-taught but want to revisit the basics.

    • Developing comfort moving on, around, and beneath the hoop

    • Building confidence in lifting the body into the hoop

    • Strengthening the ability to hold body weight in the hoop
