Intermediate Pole Classes

✅ You have prior relevant pole experience from another studio or are self-taught—this cannot be your first pole class.                                                                                                   

✅ You have reviewed our Adv Beg class "Who Should Sign Up" section, as this class builds upon those skills.
✅ You are VERY comfortable inverting up the pole from the ground.
✅ You can confidently climb all the way to the top of the pole multiple times in a row.
✅ You have a solid foundation in flow and movement around the base of the pole and floor.

• Mastering inverting while maintaining at least three (3) points of contact with the pole (both from the ground and aerially-no Ayesha/Handsprings).

• Developing complex spin passes on both spin and static pole.

• Refining climbing technique for better control and endurance.
