Performers can receive one (1) free live stream tickets for their guests. Use code “Performer” at checkout. Any profits from the live stream will be shared equally among the performers.
SHOW DAY details
315pm: Performers can arrive
4pm - 5pm: Sound Check: Music will be played in show order one time and performers are allowed to run their performance. Performers are NOT required to be there, but it is highly recommended to confirm correct music is being played and to get a feel for the stage. If you miss your music being played during sound check we will only replay the music once we completed sound check and if there is time.
5pm: Performers must check in
5:15 pm: Pre Show Performer meeting.
5:45 pm: Doors open to audience
6:00 pm: Show begins
7:30 pm: Show ends
7:30 - 830pm: Room Breakdown and Reset
830pm - Wrap party Churchkey
