✅ Prior relevant pole experience from another studio or self-taught—this cannot be the first pole class.

✅ You have reviewed our sensual Sensual Advanced Beginner class "Who Should Sign Up" section, as this class builds upon those skills.
✅ A focus on choreography, refining movement quality, musicality, and performance skills.
✅ VERY comfortable inverting up the pole from the ground.
✅ Able to confidently climb all the way to the top of the pole multiple times in a row.
✅ A solid foundation in flow and movement around the base of the pole and floor.

• Deepening connection to choreography and performance while refining technical skills and stage presence through sensual and erotic choreography.

• Expanding movement vocabulary with dynamic sensual choreography that integrates floorwork, pole tricks, and spins (on spin and static).

• Enhancing stamina and endurance to execute longer routines with control and grace.
