    ✅ You have some prior pole experience from another studio or are self-taught but want to revisit the basics.

  • Beginner Pole Foundations

    ✨ Grips & Upper-Body Engagement – Learn proper hand placement and control.

    ✨ Spins & Transitions – Work on grounded and lifted two-handed spins (static pole only; spin pole will not be used), plus seamless movement between standing and floorwork.

    ✨ Pole Sits & Static Holds – Engage the core and legs for endurance.

    ✨ Climbing & Inversion Preparation – Strength-building drills for climbing mechanics and inversion readiness, staying within one body length up the pole (no inversions on the pole).
