Dana R.
Dana (she/her) started her pole journey in 2019 as just another of her many workouts (Pilates, yoga, group fitness and rock climbing) but was very quickly hooked due to the level of challenge that pole presented. She loved the challenge, beauty and space for creative expression through strength and dance in both pole and Lyra. Through pole, she has found a community of beautiful, strong, incredible people and through instructing, she hopes to continue to build that community and passion of pole and Lyra. She has competed in PSO 2023 and won first in Level 2 Championships.
