Persia F.
Persia discovered the world of aerial arts at sixteen, during the final stretch of quarantine. Instantly captivated, she eagerly began training as soon as studios reopened. With a strong background in Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Weightlifting (and a lifelong love for dance), everything about pole and aerials felt natural to Persia. Less than a year later, she found herself teaching.
Growing up immersed in tactical and close-quarters combat training, Persia has possessed a deep understanding of human movement, anatomy, biomechanics, and body awareness from an early age. This background shapes her teaching style, which focuses on helping students build strength, precision, and confidence through intentional movement. Persia specializes in strength development, technique refinement, conditioning, and she also adores spin pole sequences!
Her journey began in California, first in San Jose, then in San Francisco, where she taught for two years while continuing to deepen her practice. From there, her path led her to Los Angeles, then to Nashville, then to Buenos Aires, and now to DC. Throughout every transition, pole and aerial have remained a constant source of grounding, growth, and love. As an instructor, Persia’s goal is to walk alongside her students as they find their home in the pole community.
